日式版本嘅多春魚, 一個好容易係屋企做到嘅前菜
Ingredients:
Caplins 8 pcs
Japanese cooking wine 2 tbsp
Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp
garlic 3 cloves
Bread Crumbs 1-2 tbsp
lemon 1 pc
dried chilis 3 pcs
parley ~1/2 tbsp
unsalted butter 10g
基本材料:
多春魚 8 條
日式料理酒 2 湯匙
日本豉油 1 茶匙
麵包糠 1-2湯匙
蒜頭 3 粒
檸檬 1 個
乾辣椒 3 條 (切段)
番茜 半湯匙
無鹽牛油 10克
